IMPORTANT NOTICE. Apex BioSciences products are research-use-only chemicals supplied solely to qualified, licensed healthcare professionals and approved research accounts. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, are not for human or animal consumption, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

3. Provider Accounts. To purchase, you must register and be approved as a provider. You agree to provide accurate, complete registration information, safeguard your credentials, keep your information current, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
4. Products & Research-Use-Only Status. All products are sold exclusively for legitimate laboratory and scientific research by qualified providers. They may not be resold to consumers, repackaged for resale, or administered to humans or animals. We may modify or discontinue products, limit quantities, and refuse, cancel, or change the price of any order without prior notice.
5. Orders & Payment. By placing an order you represent that you are an authorized provider with a valid account, that all payment information is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method. All orders are subject to acceptance, verification of licensure, and availability, and may be declined or cancelled at our discretion.
6. Shipping & Delivery. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds. Due to the nature of the products, returns are accepted only for products that are damaged or defective (reported within 48 hours of delivery) or for orders shipped in error by us. Contact [orders@apexbio.com] to initiate a return.
8. Handling & Assumption of Risk. You assume all responsibility and liability for the lawful receipt, storage, handling, use, and disposal of the products in accordance with all applicable laws and good laboratory practice. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX BIOSCIENCES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.
